Legal Policies & Safety Disclaimer

Effective and last updated: November 1, 2026 | Policy version: 2026-11-01

Important notice about public sharing. Records you keep in your private account, including raw Tests, Shots, Drafts and private photos, are not automatically made public just because you register. However, anything you intentionally publish as a public profile, article, shared report, post, comment, image or podcast may become accessible worldwide, copied, indexed, archived or redistributed by other people. Do not publish anything you wish to keep confidential. Read all sections before accepting.

1. Terms of Use

1.1 Agreement and operator

These Terms govern access to and use of ReloadingHub.com and related tools, accounts, features, reports, media and community services (the "Service"), operated under the ReloadingHub name ("ReloadingHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering, selecting the required agreement checkbox, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Public Content Rules and the Safety Disclaimer on this page. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.

1.2 Eligibility and account security

The Service is intended for adults age 18 or older who may lawfully use it. You represent that you are at least 18 and will comply with applicable laws. Use accurate registration information, maintain control of your credentials, do not share your login, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. New member accounts become active immediately after successful registration, without mandatory email verification or manual administrator approval. Email ownership can still be verified optionally, and recovering an account by email requires access to that mailbox. We may impose registration and email rate limits to prevent abuse.

1.3 Service purpose

ReloadingHub is a personal recordkeeping, statistics and optional publishing platform for shooting and reloading-related experiments. It may calculate or display measurements, velocity distributions, standard deviation, extreme spread, group sizes, visualizations, comparisons, generated interpretations and user-supplied records. It is not a certified ballistics instrument, ammunition testing laboratory, firearms instructor, gunsmith, load-development authority or safety inspection service.

1.4 Your records and ownership

You retain ownership of original records, notes, photographs and other content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You grant ReloadingHub a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, back up, adapt formats, analyze and display your content as reasonably needed to provide the Service according to the visibility and publishing choices you make. This operational license does not transfer ownership to ReloadingHub.

1.5 Public content and publication license

When you deliberately publish content or expressly enable a future automatic-publication feature, you additionally grant ReloadingHub permission to make the selected content available to the public, generate permitted public copies and previews, and display that content within the Service. You understand that public content may be accessed, quoted, linked, copied, downloaded, indexed by search engines, cached and further circulated by third parties. Do not publish trade secrets, personal contact details, location information, other people's private data, or any material you are unwilling to expose. Removing content from our Service may not remove copies made elsewhere.

Private data is different: creating an account, saving a private Test, adding a private Shot photo, or accepting these Terms does not by itself authorize ReloadingHub to publish that private item. An explicit publication choice is required. Future automatic publication, if offered, must be separately enabled and may be disabled for future content.

1.6 No guaranteed accuracy, availability or preservation

Measurements, user entries, calculations, displays, content and software may contain errors, omissions or outages. You must independently verify any data before relying on it and keep your own copies of important records. We may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. Backups and recovery efforts do not guarantee that data can always be recovered.

1.7 Prohibited conduct

Do not use the Service to violate the law, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, harass users, bypass security controls, access another person's private account or data, spam, abuse registration or email systems, submit malware, scrape restricted data, or publish threats, personal information without consent, or unlawful transactions. Do not present unverifiable or dangerous user submissions as certified safety instructions.

1.8 Moderation, suspension and deletion

We may investigate abuse, remove public content, restrict posting, suspend accounts or disable access for violations, security concerns or legal obligations. Account suspension does not automatically make previously private data public. Account deletion and content withdrawal are subject to technical processes, backup retention and applicable legal requirements; we cannot promise deletion of independent third-party copies of previously published material.

1.9 Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, including hosting, storage, email delivery and security providers, and may link to external content. Their independent terms may apply. We do not control third-party content or guarantee that it is accurate, available or safe.

1.10 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELOADINGHUB AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST DATA OR PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON UNVERIFIED USER CONTENT OR EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS. WHERE A LIMITATION ON DIRECT DAMAGES IS LAWFUL, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or other nonwaivable rights. Users remain responsible for their own lawful activities and decisions.

1.11 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ReloadingHub and its operators from third-party claims arising out of content you unlawfully submit or publish, your infringement of others' rights, or material violations of these Terms. This does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct or where consumer law prohibits such obligations.

1.12 Changes and governing law

We may revise these policies by posting a new version and effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law, which may include an in-product notice or email. Material changes to how private records may become public will require appropriate additional notice and authorization; an updated policy alone does not silently publish stored private records. Except where nonwaivable rights require otherwise, Nevada law governs disputes, and competent Nevada courts may hear them.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information collected

Please do not upload Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, precise home addresses, minors' personal information or data about others without their permission. Do not put personal information in photos or notes intended for publication.

2.2 Uses of information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; send verification and account-related emails; store, show and analyze your records; operate optional publishing features you authorize; maintain security and abuse limits; troubleshoot service issues; answer user requests; and comply with lawful obligations. We do not use registration acceptance itself as permission to publish private Tests or Drafts.

2.3 Private and public visibility

InformationVisibility policy
Account email and password hashNot displayed on public profiles, articles or other public pages.
Private Tests, Shots, Drafts, setup, raw photos and analysisNot publicly shared by default. Accessible to the account owner and to limited authorized systems where necessary to operate the Service.
Public profile fieldsPublic only if you choose to enable public profile visibility.
Published blog posts, shared reports, comments, images and podcast materialPublic according to the specific publishing feature and choices you authorize. They can be copied, indexed and archived by others.

We distinguish private source records from any separately authorized public copy. A public copy may remain in third-party search caches even after removal from the Service. Public sharing does not authorize unrelated users to read your entire private database.

2.4 Disclosure and service providers

We disclose data to service providers as reasonably needed to operate the Service, such as website hosting and infrastructure providers and Resend for transactional email delivery. Verification email delivery involves sending the recipient address and necessary message content to the email provider. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer with applicable protections. Published content is made available to the public at your direction. We do not currently sell your personal information. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required choices and notices before the change takes effect.

2.5 Cookies and cross-site tracking

We use security and authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect your sessions. Related technical records are used to operate and secure the Service. We do not currently authorize third-party advertising technology to collect visitors' cross-site browsing history through the Service. Third-party websites linked from public content may separately collect data under their own policies.

2.6 Retention and deletion

We generally retain account information and your content while your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service. Some items may remain temporarily in backups, security records, audit logs, or legally required records. Deletion or withdrawal of content on our servers does not ensure its removal from independent third-party copies or archives. You may request access, correction, privacy changes or deletion through available account settings or the contact address below. We may verify the requester before acting and may retain records where law permits or requires.

2.7 Security

We use safeguards such as password hashing, HTTPS, access controls, account isolation and anti-abuse measures. No website or internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep your password confidential, use a strong unique password, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

2.8 Age and children

The Service is designed for users 18 and older and is not intended for children. If we learn that personal information was collected from someone who does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may restrict the account and take appropriate steps to delete the information, consistent with applicable law.

2.9 Your privacy choices and rights

You can control available public profile and publication settings and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information where applicable law provides those rights. Where legally required, we will honor verified requests concerning personal information, including applicable Nevada opt-out requests. Send requests to the designated contact address below, including any verified Nevada request not to sell covered information. When Nevada law applies, we will respond to a verified opt-out request within 60 days, with any lawful extension notice. We may ask for account verification and will not require you to post private information publicly to make a request.

2.10 International access and policy changes

The Service may be accessed outside the United States and data may be processed using United States-based infrastructure or other locations used by service providers. By using the Service you understand that these locations may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law imposes additional requirements, those laws control. The effective date above identifies the current policy; material changes will be communicated as required.

3. Public Content & Community Rules

3.1 Publishing is a deliberate choice

You are responsible for reviewing the information selected for public release. Publicly shared information may reveal reloading techniques, equipment, schedules, location details, or personal context. Review text and photographs before publishing. Choose private visibility for material you do not wish to share. If you enable a future auto-publish setting, it applies only within the scope of that separate authorization; prior private records will not automatically become public.

3.2 User submissions are not verified

Public posts, comments, experiments, charts, photographs, velocities, measurements, powder data, component descriptions and AI-generated summaries may be wrong, incomplete, misleading, out of date or unsuitable for another user's equipment. A public post is not a product endorsement, published loading manual, or safety certification by ReloadingHub.

3.3 Rights and appropriate behavior

Only publish content you have the legal right to share. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission, disclose others' private data, post unlawful sales listings or transactions, threaten or harass people, distribute malware, impersonate others, or use bots to manipulate community activity. We may remove content and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address infringement, safety, legal or security concerns.

3.4 Copyright complaints

To report alleged copyright infringement, contact us using the address below with: identification of the protected work; a link or adequate description locating the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury and your authority to act; and a physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and permit an appropriate response or counter-notice as required by law. This contact procedure does not imply that ReloadingHub has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

4. Reloading, Shooting & Technical Safety Disclaimer

4.1 Potentially hazardous activities

Ammunition reloading, shooting, firearms handling, pressure-sensitive experiments and related equipment can cause serious injury, death or property damage. Experimental conditions differ across firearms, chambers, components, lots, environmental conditions and measuring devices. No result on ReloadingHub demonstrates that an ammunition configuration is safe for another user or firearm.

4.2 Informational and recordkeeping use only

The Service stores and processes observations and user-supplied information. It does not approve load recipes, certify pressure or safety margins, inspect equipment, verify chronograph readings, endorse pressure signs, provide professional training, or replace current component-manufacturer instructions, legally required precautions or qualified professional assessment. Statistical precision or a small shot group is not proof of safety.

4.3 Your independent responsibility

You are solely responsible for decisions involving firearms, ammunition, reloading equipment, safe handling, storage, transport, use, legal compliance and whether to undertake any physical experiment. Do not treat another user's settings, a platform comparison, an automated recommendation, or an AI summary as an instruction to reproduce a potentially hazardous activity. Consult authoritative, current safety information and qualified experts for decisions involving physical risk.

4.4 No duty to monitor every post

We may review or remove inappropriate material but cannot guarantee continuous monitoring, verification or correction of every calculation, comment, photo, chart or other submission. If you believe content is dangerous, misleading or unlawful, contact us and do not rely on it for an immediate safety decision.

4.5 No legal or professional advice

Nothing on the Service is legal, medical, engineering, product-liability, firearms-regulatory, gunsmithing or other professional advice. Laws and technical standards vary by location and may change. You must independently determine what is lawful and appropriate for your circumstances.

5. Legal, Privacy & Content Reports

For account privacy requests, published-content complaints, copyright reports, security concerns or questions about these policies, contact hxybclz@gmail.com. Please identify the subject of the request; do not email passwords, verification tokens or other secrets.

This address is a general contact route for reports and privacy requests, not a representation that a designated DMCA agent has been registered. Users seeking statutory rights should identify the applicable right in their message.
